Server aborted trying to recover by restart. Reason for restart: Internal inconsistency, type CRT, detected

Hi all, I have an issue here, QlikView 12.00.20100 and users are constantly being disconnected and reconnected to a dashboard. Log file says Error    Restart: Server aborted trying to recover by restart. Reason for restart: Internal inconsistency, type CRT, detected. According to Qlik documentation type CRT is caused by corrupted shared files, can some one kindly con firm this is the case.
