Session Expired

When i reloaded my document all clients pc lost connection with "session Expired" error.Why?

Check the Settings-.DocumentSettings-.Server Tab, and change the option for refreshing the document. The default option disconnects the users when the document is refreshed.

You will also need to uncheck "Allow only one copy of document in memory" in the Qlikview Server settings.
