Source documents folders empty

Hello,

I'm trying to create a reload task for a qvw but when I go to QMC and into Source Documents the folders that contain the documents are empty as in the following image.

I dont know if this is cause because the error I'm getting about the Distribution service not running (attached the image), but if I check the service on the server it is running.

Is there any setting that I may be forgetting.

I would contact support on this issue. If you installed a valid publisher license, I see no reason for the error.

thanks Bill, I have checked and the publisher license has expired, I guess that is the problem. I would renew it and see if the problem is gone.
