The Sheet goes blank sometimes when accessed via Access point

I have created a 200-400 MB application in Qlikview.

When my users access the application via Access Point then sometimes the whole sheet goes blank.

Can u please let me know if it is due to End user having less available RAM on their systems?

Or is it a bug in QV 11 Server SR1?

To all the issue has been resolved. It was a optimisation issue. Too many conditional layouts were been used.
