Unable to Access Qlikview Access Point through Ajax Client

Hello,

we are facing some strange issue with the QlikView Access point in especially edge browser,

The problem that we are facing is when we try to login to the access point it will popup for the credentials to login but its not affecting the credentials even though we pass the correct credentials, but using the same credentials we will be able to login to the access Point without any issues.

Any Idea on how to fix this issue and anyone else facing similar kind of issue ?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

we are using  May 2024 version of QlikView Software and servers are hosted on GCP cloud platform.

It's not quite clear if it's a general issue or only by using Edge as browser. If it's only related to Edge it has causes within any settings like the protected mode, group policies, proxies and similar network-stuff.

Hi @Raju_6952,

Suggest you capture a .har file from both Chrome and Edge and compare/contrast to assist in determining the differences.
