We have downloaded and installed the server version with no problems, but every time we try and load the desktop version we are getting the attached error message.
We now have the server at 11.20 SR9 and when you open a qlikview session you get 11.20 SR5 (our current SR).
Any ideas?

Make sure you use proper installer.
I guess you have 64bit Server and 32 bit installer for Qlikview Desktop.
Try with 64 bit of desktop installer and let me know if that fixed.
If not then try by changing path to
C:\Program Files\.\.
instead of
C:\Program Files (x86)\.\.

Yes we are using the 64 bit installer. Also tried to change the path but it cannot locate the .msi file, and the Wise path doesn't exist either?
