We are planning to upgrade Qlikview. We currently have Qlikview on a Rackspace server with an Active Domain. The web service is on a different cloud server with some Qlikview components. We had a consultant set up the log in process. I know that this won't affect the active Domain, and understand the install process on the main server, but I am unclear on what we need to upgrade on the web service cloud server. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What version are you hoping to upgrade from and to ?
If it is just a simple 11.2 SRn upgrade, then it should just be a case of running the software exe and following the simple prompts selecting only the QlikView Settings Service.
