Upgrade publisher only from November 2017 SR6 to Avril 2020 or later

Hello,

We plan to deploy some QlikView app on Qlik Cloud.

We currently running on November 2017 SR6, it's not plan to make a global update.

Is it possible to only upgrade the Publisher in order to manage the deployment on Cloud ?

No you cannot upgrade just publisher. All components have to the same version.

We are confused with this because it was a supposed solution designed during a meeting with some Qlik Expert and us in order to use Qlik Cloud in our environment.

We will go back to him in order to get more informations.

@Raphaël  When you say Qlik expert, do you mean someone that works at Qlik? But please discuss with them. Since they have more information about you particular situation.

I agree with Maria. All QlikView components must be running the same build version.
