Hi,
I have installed v11SR2.
Same for all the users, their plugins are upgrade to v11 too.
But, for some, when they click on the thumbnail, it's ALWAYS open in AJAX.
I have checked their default under their profile, IE plugin is selected.
I also reset their IE setting. same thing.
Does anyone face the same problem? some advise?

I have not tested it but make sure the document is available in IE Plugin in the QMC, Documents, User Documents, click on the document, Server tab, Availability settings and that IE Plugin is allowed in the QMC, System, QlikView WebServers, AccessPoint, "Default preferred client" and that the path to it is correct.
If all the above is correct, I'd suggest you to log a case with Support. Please note that the SR2 is still beta and is not intended to be used in production yet, until the SR2 is made generally available in the Download page and so notified by the Product tem.

Sorry, mistake in typing, i meant to say V11.0.11282.0
All setting is well.
A reinstallation of plugin fix the problem. but it affects a lot of users.
If you know of other potential possibilities, please let me know.

Good to hear in any case but, as far as I'm concerned, it does not happened when I have upgraded or installed that release of QlikView 11. Maybe is something related to the old plugin? Some garbage in the Windows Registry?

Not sure yet. It could be, but for the moment, i just tell the local IT to reinstall.
