We cannot print report to PDF file on Qlikview Access point (version 12.7)

We have to upgrade the Qlikview server from  12.4 version to 12.70 version 2  month ago. 

On old version we can use feature print the report to PDF file  but after we have upgrade version we cannot use this feature. If we print the report on Qlkiview access point it displays message " PDF printer not found. How to we can print this report as same on old version. Please help me.

Thank you so much for your support. But we install cutepdf and  we add the line " DefaultPDFPrinterName=CutePDF Writer" into setting.ini and start QVS service,  Now we cannot print PDF yet.

Make sure your Print spooler service is running and reboot the server.

Yes  it is running. 

After installing  cutePDF.exe we restart the server and back to check again . 

But now it displays same as the old message.

If you're running v12.70 IR, have a look at Qlik Knowledgebase article QlikView Printing Reports with Cute PDF not working in cluster with shared folders which details a defect in 12.70 IR that was resolved in 12.70 SR1.

Window server 2012 R2.

We have a plan upgrade window server to window server 2019. I'm not sure . Is it work?

FYI, I setup a 2012 R@ swerver this morning using 12.70 SR1 and Cute PDF printer and had no issues.
