Web 2.0 RIA

If it's a thin client does it have Web2.0 RIA (Rich Internet Application) functionality (Flash, Flex, Silverlight, etc)?

Yes in Qlikview 10 you can use the extension to create dynamic content (mostly your own graphical objects) with any technology, such as flex, silverlight and javascript.
