I hope this message finds you well.
I'm experiencing an issue with the QMC on our QlikView server.
When I start a task in the QMC, it appears as "Running" in the Task History, and it completes successfully.
However, in the "Excuted On" screen, there is no response or information displayed.
This issue is affecting all tasks, and I'm unsure why it's occurring and how to resolve it.
I would appreciate the assistance of Qlik Support in diagnosing and resolving this issue.
Here are some details:
- This issue occurs with all tasks when started.
- I have cleared the cache and cookies, but the issue persists.
- I've verified that the services are running normally.
- Whether all tasks are completed upon start: The task is successfully completed.
Is there anything else I should check or any additional information you require to diagnose this problem?

The Executed On column in QMC > Status > Tasks is informative but it being blank wouldn't effect functionality I believe. If you haven't done so already, review the QlikView white paper Scaling QlikView Publisher for optimization configurations you can make to improve communication between the QMS and QDS.

Try to manually send workorder from QMC. (QDS advanced tab)

The Executed On column in the Status > Tasks section of the QMC is to inform admins of what QDS node a task is running on or last ran on. See below from the QlikView online Help:
Executed on
The machine that is executing the task, if a task is running.
If the task is not currently running, it displays the machine that last executed the task.
There is no filter available for this column.
Are you seeing no entry for Executed on for every task? Or is issue intermittent? It seems to me to be a communication issue between the QMS and QDS. As @Maria_Halley suggested, you can try to manually send the workorder from QMC > System > Setup > Distribution Services > QDS@ > Advanced tab. Also suggest that you review the QMS log for any warnings/errors that may provide more information.

However, when I clik the start icon, the tasks complete successfully.

In my previous post I mentioned that this seems to me to be a communication issue between the QMS and QDS and suggested checking the QMS log.

Upoon reviewing the QMS task log, it appears that there are no specific issues of note.
I have attached the task log for your reference, and I would appreciate it if you could take a look.
Additionally, the problem has now manifested with an 'X' mark in the Task section.
