Why is management services writing to .tmp files in qvpr folder instead of the .xml files
When Qlik services are restarted on server, we lose console settings. After research of our qvpr folder, .tmp files are being updated instead of the .xml files. What is the process to get the .xml files to be read.
I don't know but I assume that there are multiple threads which want to access the files at the same time which don't work. Therefore they store the changes within the tmp-files. And afterwards there should be another thread which fits the pieces together again but if then happens a restart of the services it breaks and leaves the tmp-files and the changes within them are lost.
