Someone knows if there is an option to be able to configure that when opening a pivot table from the access point, this table is always with all the collapsed dimensions.
Some trigger, in the properties of the object or properties of the document.
I have read the properties of the pivot table in the reference manual but that option is not there.
Qlikview tracks session for each user and if I understand correctly users are seeing pivot tables expanded when they enter through access point from second time (if they have expanded the pivot first time).
There is an option in QMC to stop this behaviour although this change in property applies across platform in my knowledge.
You can try changing it and test. You will require to go to QMC — System — Setup — Qlikview Server — Document — Uncheck Allow Session Recovery.
