authorization rights for an application erased after reload

Hello

I have given the right of access to an application for a user in QMC\Documents\User Documents\AUthorization

but after reload of the application he doesn't see it.

How can I make visible for even after reload

To start check the effective Permissions on the file for that user. It might be caused by folder permisssions.
