console web 8.5

hi

im installing qlikview web console 8.5 on windows 2008 64bit

after installation of console and qlikview plugin for ie, when i enter in LIST ALL DOCUMENTS,i dont see any files and see this error messagge: EMPTY CALL

what can i do ?
