Issue resolved by asking the user to log off and login back to the development server on which the QV desktop App is installed. the server had healthy stats, just that user hadn't logged out from a long time , it seemed. thanks all for your help and time! 🙂

Hi @AbhiUKVM,

What is the error message? Is issue occurring in QlikView Desktop? Can you provide the document log of failed reload? See Qlik article How to Enable QlikView Document Reload Log if you're not sure how to enable document logging.

This isn't an issue with the user, it's usually an out-of-memory issue. Run the reload on a machine with more RAM or free up RAM on the current machine.

Hi @AbhiUKVM,

It would be helpful if you could provide the document log of the failed reload.  To @Or 's point, what are the differences in resources between the user's computer where the reload failed and the admin's computer where the reload was successful?
