you can find this task in the orphan in document tab.

Associated document (QVW) might be deleted without removing task, I guess.

You can confirm that from same screen.

• After selecting the task, on Right top corner has 'Show Task Details' you can see to which document this task is associated
• Make sure that document is available through Windows Explore and QMC Publisher Mount folder.
