"Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document."

Hi,

We have 2 documents published on a server.  Mid way through a scheduled reload of one of them, the reload failed, as the server hosting the SQL database it was querying became unresponsive.

Now the published document will not open for any user - it fails with the title error message.  The other document works fine, implying it's something to do with the document itself.  It will open fine locally, and will reload both manually and via the scheduler. I've replaced it with a backed up copy - it still does the same thing.

The server has been restarted, so all relevant services have been restarted.  There is no section access on the document.

Is there some kind of caching of settings or locking going on?  Can anyone suggest anything?

Thanks

Resolved with solution from another thread:

Unable allow document to be loaded by the QlikView Server

On the host server:

-     Stop the 'Qlkview Server' and 'Qlikview Webserver' services

-     Delete/move the files located here: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Qvs

-     Start the services again
