Hi,
We work with version 11.2 SP10. The users details are taken from the Active Directory.
I have applied an SSO for a document in access point, with strict exclusion, which works fine for all the users except one, who gets the message:
"Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document"
I have restarted the services, reloaded the document on the server, but the issue persists.
Any idea why?
Thanks!
Assuming that you have included the useer in section access, one more point has to be checked - the member (of a field) the user is restricted to has to be present in the application. I.e. - for ex: user XXX is restricted to Zone - 'South', and if the application doesn't have any data for South zone, user would not be allowed into the app (this is what 'Strict Exclusion' does).
Have you assigned any license to that User?
Also, does that user exist into AD?
Of course
Yep!
He managed to work for a few hours, and then he got the message.
Hi,

These options are located in;
Hope this helps.

You are right!
I checked and this user's data is not loaded to the document.
Thanks!
