timeout for external programs

Hi to all,

I'm working with QV Server and Puvblisher release 10.

I defined an external program: it's a call to a batch file that reloads a qlikview document with a macro that is executed at the end of reload.

Is it possible to define a timeout for the external program?

I don't believe you can set one specific for external tasks, but probably the general timeout will still work.

Where can I define the general timeout?

Perhaps in QEMC System --> Setup --> QlikView Servers folder

“Documents”? I don’t believe. I think that it’s the timeout for documents

in a QlikView Server session
