version 11 desktop very slow if installed on w10

Hello,

since I installed version 11 and 12 on w10 64 bit the selections are very slow, sometimes 10-15 seconds. I tried reinstalling version 9 and it works. I have not installed the KB4601319 update. What can I do?

thank you

@Liviomir66  QlikView 11 is no longer supported. The best thing you can do is to  upgrade to the latest supported version of Qlikview which is 12.50 (April 2020) or 12.60 (May 2021). These are supported versions of QlikView and will work with Windows 10.

@Liviomir66, a new 16 digit license can be applied as long as the maintenance period is still current. If the maintenance period is expired, it can only be applied to a version of QlikView Desktop that was released prior to that maintenance period expiration date.

See Expired PRODUCTLEVEL tag in License Enabler File (LEF)

Also, see Upgrading or Licensing QlikView with an expired Maintenance Contract

@Liviomir66  You say you tested 11 and 12, what version of 12 did you test with?

Can you also giver some examples of slowness? Time differences?

Is it slow when you open it with out document? Does the slowness vary with the seize of the document?

Thanks for the answers, I have installed the 12.60 and it's ok, but my license is no longer valid ask me for a new license.

Does Qlikview still issue licenses for these versions?

I installed 11.10 and it was slow on simple selections (eg year, customer, article ....) loading from database instead fast as always. Between the single selection and the visualization of the effect sometimes even 10 seconds passed.
