why i cannot print report in my web server?

I have a new qlik instalation where I cannot generate a pdf report using the qlik view report. It works in a installed version on the server and in my access point works only if the user have IE Plugin. But the users that don´t have IE Plugin or try using Chrome, it stays with a message "Printing Report" for always.

Is there anything that I may have forgotten to configure please?

No cluster. Is a simple qlik view instalation

I have the same problem. Using web client cannot open report but working well otherwise.
