are found in the .csv exported from a Qlikview chart

I am currently exporting a straight charts data to a .csv file. But for few field values it has (Believed to be BOM). Does anybody know if there is a work around to extract data avoiding such characters? Or can it be cleansed by any means after extracted?

Any knowledge shared is greatly appreciated.

I have found a solution for this when you open the doc in TextPad( best viewer) everything would be automatically be replaced with '?'. Then find and replace question mark and save it. It was resolved.
