I know this subject of year to date calculation is fairly beat to death, but I have not found anything that is really pointing me in the correct direction.
I have a pivot table where I need to show Item #, Item Name in the rows section, and also showing years in the row section as well.
I have placed my measures in the columns, I made a measure for each month of the year and the 13th column being a YTD total of that rows year. This part is working great!
My issue is I need to show an analysis of this in this format in columns 14 - 15 (similar to the attached jpg), I cant seem to find a way to show the rows year YTD - the previous rows YTD at the very least.
This is extremely easy to make in excel, but this is something that is going to be used heavily so I can't use excel as the solution to make these analytics.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution for this.
