A comment box for users

How will I be able to insert a comment box for a user to insert comments, that will show in web view and when I go to create a report.

you can create an input box  in which the user will be able to type

then use the field in your report

Thanks! Do you know if there is anyway to expand the dimensions of an input box vertical, currently it only lets me expand it horizontally.
