Able to resize list box even when allow move/size is disabled

Hi,

I have  few list boxes. I do not want the user to resize.

Hence i have unchecked Allow Move/Size. And also in the sheet properties i have unchecked the Move/Size Objects

But in the web mode, i am able to resize horizontally.

Please suggest how to disable resizing.
