Access point login issue

Dear All,

I have install Qlikview Server 11.20 & configure Active & Local Directory.

I access qlikview  application through Local Directory user on access point.

I am trying to login through Active directory user but I am not able to access application.

Web page showing blank user name & password.

Active directory user on same domain.

Please find below screen shot & setting .

Please provide guidance.

After login get blow the screen.

Try setting it to Default login page (browser authentication) on the QlikView Web Servers > Authentication
