User has reported that while accessing the dashboard accessPoint page struck at “loading content” and not able to see the dashboards.
Can you please suggest the root cause?

Hi,
Below will fix the issue.
1. Check whether the QlikView IIS application pool is set for .net V4. If not set it and try again.
2. Run below command
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i and go back check step1.
