Access server with local license

Hi all,

all our server licenses are in use at the moment but a potential user has his "own license" on his local client.

Is it possible to connect to the server whit his license without adding the license to the server?

When he tries "open in server..." he gets an error that it's not possible to connect because of security settings.

Can i change that and if, how?
