Hi everyone,
IT team here performed dns changes, pointing a desired URL to the qlikview server IP as it is preferred to use URL without IP. It means users just has to use for example, http://abc.def.com/qlikview to access instead of http://<IP address>/qlikview.
Machine name and IP address remains unchanged. Just added new record in dns.
After that we are encountering login issues in AccessPoint whereby it keeps prompting username and password (maximum 3 times) before it freezes there. No error messages.
If use IP to access, no issues, users can login as usual.
Active Directory with IIS 7.5 is used.
Anyone has any idea on this or faced similar issues before?
