Accessing file .qvw in access point slow

when i try to access the .qvw for the first time from access point, its slow but in the second time its not slow

when i try to access the .qvw for the first time from access point, its slow but in the second time it wasn't slow anymore. Can You Explain it??

Note : My server has 250 GB of RAM
