Action on activate Sheet and leave Sheet

Hello Community,

I'm creating a qlikview document with 1 sheet with alternate states.

I want save selections before i enter this sheet and clear all. Then when i leave i want restore my selections that i had before i go to alternate state sheet.

Any ideas how to do it?

Hi,

You can use the Sheet Triggers. Sheet Properties -> Triggers Set/Add the selection in OnActivate Sheet and Clear all in OnLeaveSheet Trigger

Hopefully it should be sequential, I do remember in some thread I have read it and I have used in my dashboard it is Sequential.

Please try in your dashboard and check.

It is not saving, just selecting different fields and showing when the Sheets is Activated.

The requirement is to select some values in field.

So you can use Add Actions to Selection -> Select in Field and choose the Field name and Search Sting value.
