Action on bookmark doesn't work

I'm trying to apply this bookmark on a button action, but it doens't work, can you help me? Tks

Can you share a sample file here? Everything looks fine. Are there any selections already, can you clear all and use the button to apply bookmark?

Yes i want to click and select all the fields bookmarked,

No i can't it's an application placed on a customer server, if i click on my bookmarked selection it runs, if i try to put it on a action it doesn't

I Know, also in my .qvw file it runs, it's on my app on server that users aren't able to set their bookmarks on action button, even if the ID number is correct as you can see in my example.

Were any of the fields used in the Bookmark changed? When you open your dashboard from Access Point, can you see that book mark in select bookmark option on the top?

Yes i can see it (prefprova) , if i click on my bookmark i get every field i need in my analysis but if i try to apply this bookmark to a action button i can't
