Hi All,
I have an action which uses Open URL to open an xlsx file on the browser(it triggers a download of the file which is what I am looking for). The folder where the file is located is hosted as a virtual directory so there is a complete URL path to the location. While I am able to download the file using IE/Edge browser, the functionality doesn't work for Chrome. I am able to open pdf and txt files dropped into the same virtual directory, the issue seems to be only for xlsx and xls files.
The action works in desktop mode even using Chrome but fails on accesspoint. Has anyone faced this situation before?
Is there a work around or am I missing something?
