Actions - Select one of the possible values

I need to create a button that when clicked will select:

Max Year >> from the possible half years select the latest one >> from the possible dates select the latest one.

I have attached an App that selects the Max(Year).

The only trigger I can see that may work is Select Possible but I need it to select just one possible, not all possible.

How can I do that?

Edit: I realised that I can do the selection backwards, i.e select date and then select possible for all other fields.

But is there a way to select just one for the possible values?

why not use the max date and max string

that would work also, just wondering whether its possible to select on from Select Possible action

as far as I know you are not able to do it for one single value
