Actions don't work

Hi,

I am using sheet actions to pre-select some fields on a particular sheet when the user opens it. This works fine when I (ADMIN) try this on the QlikView-Server-Version.

But on the Desktop-Version it doesnt work. Users cant use the actions... Why?
