ActiveDocument.DynamicUpdateCommand Macro ParseFailed for Other user in iepluggin but works for me

the line of code that fails for other users is ActiveDocument.DynamicUpdateCommand . This works for me in the IE Pluggin.  Even when Ctrl+shift+M and give them system access it fails at this statement with macro parse failed. this Works for me

What are they missing?
