Add Chart Header

Hi All 

I have chart with 2 bars  enclosed is the qvw  doc 

alldata

relevant 

the chart description gets the first culomn name  

I want to  change it to "Relevant Vs All available data"

I have to keep the two legends  in the chart 

how can I do it
