Hi People:
I have a pivot table with 3 dimenssions CC, PE, Item, Period, and 1 expression (sum(amount)) and this work perfect.
Now I have to add a "T1" column, which is the sum of all period by row, regardless of the period they are.
Is possibel?
Regards
Please see the example on excel
Use the Partial sum option on Presentation tab and it creates new column that holds sum of all periods data.
great idea! and it works, I already had subtotals at botton, as I do to make that column total first?
Thanks Regards!
On the Presentation Tab, select "Item" and check on Show Partial Sum. You can move the Total column to the end as last column after period or first column by selecting Subtotals on Top/ Subtotals on Bottom on the same tab.
There is option show Total Top or Bottom and Select Top option.
Hi Tripti, if u see the excel i have anothers subtotal, and if i change but all de subtotal change of position at top or botton, all subtotals change the position, is possibel change only for the column of total?
Thanks Regards
No. The standard QV option relocates all (sub)totals together.
You can however create your own subtotals. Lots of work and not much of pivot flexibility left.
