Adding text along the left side of a line chart

I have created a line chart and along the left side, I have my dollar values but I also want to add some text along the left side so that people will know what the dollar values represent.

Is there a way to include text at this location????

Add the text you need in the presentation tab :

and then with Cntrl & Shift pressed in the chart, place the text box where you need it.

see tis,

create text object with ur informaiton and move whrever u want..and go to the properties of that text object--layout tab--slect top here and u can also change the background of that text object from General tab of that test object--change background colr to white.
