Group A & B are product groups?

Here is a sample that uses Valuelist 2 create buckets for group A and group B.  I did not have your data , so in my data they are called Year 2011 and Year 2010.

There are 2 expressions , one for sales $ and one for count transcations.  Depending on the group (or in my case year) i use set analysis to aggregate specific records only.

Yes. In this example this group foods. But i need name columns on hight level just text value, but not name elements one of dimention

Yes see below.  Select the dimension to move and drag it over the column headers. The blue arrow will highlight the drop zone
