Just wondering if anybody could offer some advice on my workings out for Sales Rep performances, I have designed basic enough workings out that i think might be ok.
I have worked out the top 10 and bottom 10 sellers each line of business.
I also worked out the top 10 and bottom 10 sellers of each product.
I think these may be helpful but i was also thinking of being more creative. I know it's not exactly a KPI but i was thinking of grouping together the payment methods and the payment intervals customers use.
I think it makes sense if customers pay annually and by direct debit it's less work for the company which is what you want. In contrast if a customer is paying monthly and by cash/cheque then its more work for the business.
So my thinking is Sales reps should be aiming to get as many customers as possible paying annually and by direct debit. But i have no idea how to do this or this is even possible.
If anybody can help it would be grateful.
