Aggr function and {1}

Hi Forum,

I am using the Aggr function and I am trying to disregard current selections. I have tried to use {1} but it seem to ignore it.

Also, the <> filters do not seem to work.

I've attached my statement.

Try adding the {1} to the outer sum too.
