Aggregation not happening in the backend

I have used the following code in order to get the maximum and minimum date at the following level: claim, provider, insurer

LOAD

claim,

provider,

insurer,

max(service_date),

min(service_date)

FROM desktop/claims/claims.qvd

group by claim,insurer,provider;

The grouping by is not happening and I am getting incorrect dates. Can anyone help me with this?

What you mean by incorrect dates? Try this?

LOAD

claim,

provider,

insurer,

max(service_date) as MaxDate,

min(service_date) as MinDate

FROM desktop/claims/claims.qvd

group by claim,provider,insurer order by service_date ASC;
