Alert configuration

Hello Guys,

I would like to add an alert with Top 20 of number of cases with those conditions :

CustCode >2

Type de cas = Demande info

  • Catégorie : All except « service 1255 », « outil 1255 », « Communication interrompue » and « problème détecté

how to do it please?
