Alignment of Bars to the axis in Gantt chart

Hi all,

Here is a scenario, I am using two dimensions in the horizontal bar chart , the bars are not in line with the dimension and I need to align the bars with respect to first dimension in the y axis. Please let me know how to align the bars when there are two dimensions.
