All purpose maintain only one server..

Hi Experts,

I have using one only server for Development, Testing, UAT, Pre_Production, Production.

How to manage into one?

Hii,

You can keep 2 server

1 Production  Server - > all live data and live applications

2  Test Server  -> Development,testing , pre-production testing

Though it is not the best practice. But still if you are using 1 server then:

-> you must have good configuration of the server.

-> Must keep monitoring the RAM Usuage.

-> Have seperate folder structures and URL's for access point.

-> You must do a load testing, and see when the maximum users hit your app. And at that time, avoid high priority backend process.

These are which came up in my mind right away. But still, you must atleast have 2 servers, for better user exprience and to sustain users to use Qlikview.
