Allowing End users to Create their own dashboard will consume more RAM?

Hi Guys,

If we allow end users to create new dashboards based on published model then what would be pros and corns?

  1. In case my published model contains 100 million records and using 5 GB ram then if someone creates or modify something in existing model (1 million records) and save it with different name. How much memory it will consume (new View created by a specific users)? So in simple way one user is seeing 100 million records, other 5 are seeing 1-1 million records. so in total 6 different kind of data sets are getting seen at a time and I would like to know the RAM usage in this case?
  2. Another doubt I have, suppose a model created for an organization which is having 100 Employees (1 CEO, 4 Account managers, ,5 Managers, 20 project leads, 50 developers, 20 Testers ). A model has been prepared and security is implemented based on ACTIVE DIRECTORY. If developer logins, he should see only data related to him and he may create his own dashboard and can save with name Developer_1 Dashboard. Same way when a project leads logins he/she should see his/her data and developers and testers data working under him/her and he also creates another dashboard Lead_1. Same-way other staffs can create their own dashboard. Now If published dashboard holds all the data in memory and may use 4 GB ram space. Now CEO can see all the employees data and if he creates or modify (add chart or table) a dashboard using published dashboard and he saves it with name CEO dashboard. Will CEO dashboard again use 4 GB RAM ? So my doubt is if main dashboard (holds all the data) uses 10 BG ram then how much ram is going to used by view dashboards created other end users.
