Create an excel file with the Hijri date and the corresponding regular date. Then load the excel file into qlikview.

Why? Does one Hijri date relate to several different Gregorian dates over time?

If not create a mapping calendar from the earliest start date you need to 200 years or so in the future.

You can find a script that does this here: Non-Gregorian calendars
